On February 9, 2022, the Tashkent Medical Academy hosted a spiritual and educational event dedicated to the 581st anniversary of the birth of the great thinker, poet, statesman and public figure Alisher Navoi.

The event was opened by the rector of the Tashkent Medical Academy, Professor Shadmanov Alisher Kayumovich. Then, a member of the Union of Writers of Uzbekistan, Honored Worker of Culture of Uzbekistan, well-known poetess Umida Abduazimova made a report on the topic “Issues of studying Navoi poetry”.

Then the event became even more interesting thanks to the artistic performances of the staff of the Department of Uzbek and Foreign Languages ​​of the Tashkent Medical Academy.
